REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, Restaurant Management, or related fields is required.
High school diploma, GED; 4 years’ experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
Proven experience in sales, payroll management, and financial oversight.
Experience
-Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.

JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Leadership and Staff Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of staff members.
Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing development and adherence to company standards.
Manage staff scheduling, ensuring optimal coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
Handle staff performance evaluations, promotions, and disciplinary actions as needed.
2. Sales and Revenue Management:
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase restaurant revenue.
Monitor sales performance and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
Work with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and special events that drive customer engagement and sales.
3. Payroll and Financial Management:
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
Manage restaurant budgets, including cost control measures and expense tracking.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including sales, expenses, and profit margins.
4. Customer Service Excellence:
Maintain a strong presence on the restaurant floor, interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Implement and uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
5. Operational Efficiency:
Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Implement efficient workflows and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
6. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
Identify and address operational challenges and obstacles.
Develop and implement solutions to improve overall restaurant performance.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
Demonstrated success in leading teams, managing operations, and achieving revenue targets.
Strategic Thinker and Executor: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue from various sources as mentioned in the job description.
Experience resourcing and building teams in a matrix environment.
Entrepreneurial spirit or previous experience operating independently.

Operational Excellence: Thorough understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory control, security measures, staff training, and customer service enhancement.
Ability to implement and enforce standard operating procedures for cleanliness, staff training, and closing procedures.
Communication and Team Building: Excellent communication skills to lead, motivate, and train staff effectively: Proven ability to conduct productive meetings, foster a positive work environment, and collaborate with various stakeholders.
