Position Summary:
The position provides key support functions to the owner agent. These include, but are not limited to, delivering high-level customer service, processing enrollments, and trouble-shooting customer-related issues. The primary objective of the role is to effectively assist the owner agent to enhance their ability to grow the company’s client base by providing the best experience for customers. Must have excellent computer skills.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: All training provided for specific office operating procedures.
1. Customer Care: Provide consistent high-level customer service to clients. This includes greeting customers in-office, answering phones, and responding to emails in a professional and timely manner. Resolving enrollment and claims questions with effective follow-up and resolution.
2. Enrollment Processing: Follow intake enrollment procedures. Process and review insurance documentation and ensure documents are complete and error-free. Meet deadlines by efficiently processing time-sensitive documents. Learn and understand enrollment procedures and guidelines of YourHealthIdaho.org.
3. Professional Development: Learn insurance terminology, understand policy and procedures for Medicare and Medicare plans offered by ISG. Learn + implement unique interfacing with each Insurance Carrier Portal and the products they offer.
4. Special Projects: Increase the outreach of ISG. Organize and schedule marketing seminars and events. Prepare mailings, presentations, and creative campaigns as assigned.
