Indian Hills Country Club in Marietta, GA is seeking a highly skilled Prep/Sauté Chef to join our team. Th Prep/Sauté Chef is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of culinary services for our member and guest. They support an a la carte and private dining production while maintaining consistent food preparations an plate presentation.

Duties:
Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in the designated outlets in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Ensure food quality and presentation meet the highest standards. Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations. Assist in menu planning and development
Requirements:
- 3 years of proven experience as a Prep/Sauté Chef (club, hotel, and/or restaurant)
- Knowledge & training of food handling and preparation techniques
- Familiarity with menu planning and meal preparation
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
