Position Overview:
The Manager, Sales Operations will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the overall performance of the Business Development (BD) team by implementing strategies, processes, and tools that boost productivity and streamline operations. This role involves analyzing sales data, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with various departments to implement solutions that drive revenue growth.

Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues. Provide regular reports and insights to the sales team and senior management.

Process Improvement: Develop and implement sales processes, workflows, and best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend enhancements.

Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with the BD/Commercial team to develop accurate sales forecasts and quotas. Monitor performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed.

Sales Tools and Technology: Evaluate, implement, and manage sales tools and technologies to support the sales team's efforts, including CRM systems, sales automation software, and reporting tools.

Sales Training and Enablement: Work with BD/Commercial leadership to develop and deliver training programs that equip the team with the necessary skills and knowledge. Ensure that sales representatives have access to the resources and support they need to excel.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to facilitate communication and coordination.

Sales Analytics and Reporting: Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics, performance indicators, and progress toward goals. Use data analysis to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.

Sales Territory Management: Develop and optimize sales territories and account assignments to maximize sales coverage and revenue opportunities. Regularly assess territory performance and make adjustments as needed to meet objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related fields, or equivalent relevant prior working experience.

Previous working experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or a related role.

Prior experience working within CRM systems and other sales tools and technologies.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
