Job Description Duties:
- Setup new contract billings using Sage 300 software (Sage);
- Work with project managers to prepare and send monthly progress billings and retention billing to customers; enter billing into online billing systems;
- Send out and collect monthly subcontractor/supplier’s lien release;
- Receive and track all preliminary notices (as directed by the CFO);
- Maintain Accurate AR records and billing documentation;
- Run and evaluate aging reports to ensure timely payment engage with customers on payment status;
- Receive, log and bank deposit all cash receipts (e.g. checks, EFT, etc.);
- Assist AP to confirm all subcontractors, once confirming no disputes, are timely paid;
- Collect, report and properly file union status letters;
- Process change orders; ensure we have correct signed copy returned to owner and properly entered into Sage.
- Provide various releases as requested by Mountain
- GL/Bank Reconciliations
- Promptly and efficiently enter budget in Sage provided by Mountain;
- Produce new job production report template;
· Weekly processing of job cost reports:
- Distribute production reports;
- Enter production received from Mountain;
- AP accrual production;
- Review and true-up ‘Materials and Sub Phase’ codes;
- Run ‘Standby Reports’;
- Distribute email and hard copy reports as needed
General Job Requirements:

· Minimum 5-year experience in construction accounts receivable and job costing.
