Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
-
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive Finance and/or Accounting related experience.

Previous experience as a Financial Analyst is required.

Use of planning/budgeting tools and ERP systems. Experience using TM1(IBM) and/or SAGE is highly desirable.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Experienced EXCEL user is a must (Use of VLOOKUP, Pivot tables etc.)

Thorough knowledge of financial concepts, practices and procedures

Duties and Responsibilities
Under direct supervision of the FP&A Manager, the Financial Analyst performs the following duties and responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.

Development of a new Monthly Management Reporting package

Preparation and monitoring of Monthly forecasting in a multiple entity/consolidated environment

Development of online and automated monthly reporting for the management team

Work directly with our parent company staff to help and assist with any and all requests for assistance in the financial reporting area

Development of Annual Budget and coordination of business planning processes

Financial and business analysis projects relating to cost savings, process improvement or strategic planning initiatives
-
Other adhoc projects or activities as needed from time to time
