About the job: Critical Control is searching for a dynamic and experienced Field Service Manager to lead our new location in Sacramento. As a Field Service Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing operations, managing a talented team, and driving the branch's success in providing rapid and effective emergency response and restoration services. What you’ll do:
- You will play a key role in the establishment of our new branch, leveraging your entrepreneurial acumen to facilitate team recruitment and development, steer sales initiatives, and successfully open the new location.
- You will lead, mentor, and motivate a team of emergency response and restoration professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and commitment to our mission.
- You will ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding service standards and deadlines, while maintaining a strong focus on quality.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded.
- You will manage the branch's financial performance, including budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control, while striving for growth and profitability.
- You will ensure that all branch activities adhere to relevant regulations and safety standards, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
- You will implement key performance indicators and metrics to track and measure the branch's performance, making data-driven decisions to drive improvements.
- You will represent Critical Control in the community, participating in local events and initiatives that enhance the company's reputation and presence.
- You will proactively identify areas for process improvement and innovation, leading initiatives to enhance the branch's efficiency and service quality.
Requirements
- You have ten or more years experience in emergency response, disaster recovery, or related service industries.
- You have strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and developing teams.
- You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- You are knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards.
- You have demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- You have availability for on-call duty as required.
