- Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups.
- Conduct crisis intervention and provide support to clients in emergency situations.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for pediatric patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Coordinate and provide case management services to clients, including referrals to community resources.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine client needs and develop appropriate treatment goals.
- Provide behavioral therapy and interventions to promote positive change and improve client well-being.
- Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions to address emotional, social, and mental health issues.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
```Skills```
- Possess a strong background in social work with knowledge of various therapeutic modalities.
- Proficient in conducting psychotherapy sessions and crisis intervention techniques.
- Experience working with pediatric populations and understanding their unique needs.
- Familiarity with medical records management and documentation requirements.
- Strong case management skills, including the ability to assess client needs and connect them with appropriate resources.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and the ability to implement them in clinical settings.
- Ability to provide individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices.
