As Sales Analyst, reporting to a Senior Director, you will maintain data and reporting to support reporting needs for our eCommerce sales team. You will gather data through multiple sources to create reports to support customer business reviews, digital shelf management, pricing, and item distribution. You will support the Amazon sales team with forecasting and deduction analysis.
What You'll Do:
- Provide support for Amazon, Amazon Fresh and Instacart, including forecasting volume and trade, help manage deductions.

Leverage customer data, including ARA and IRI to analyze the business and identify assortment opportunities, build reporting that is sustainable.

Monitor digital shelf components including content completeness, content accuracy and share of shelf reporting through Stackline. Identify opportunities and set action plan.

Work with sales and supply chain to monitor Out of Stocks, Fill Rates and Chargeback Fines.

Partner with sales and PIM team to ensure all new product launches are executed on-time.

Continued management of Pureplay Retailer specific PDP requirements.

Partner with Commerce Marketing to drive knowledge and usage of digital shelf management to Sales.

Build and publish eCommerce scorecard, reports and playbooks leveraging multiple sources across cross functional teams.

Participate in ad-hoc team and cross functional projects.
What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree required
-
2+ years Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience or similar
-
Business analytics skills, including advanced technical abilities, including Excel for pivot tables, v lookup, formulas and slicers
Number of Days in Office: 3
