Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinician to join our team. As a Clinician, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, and direct support to patients. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals, through various therapeutic modalities.
A minimum of 3/4 In person days and some evening hours are required , must be able to take in person clients as assigned.
We have clients specifically requesting Male clinicians as well.
Requirements:
- Licensed in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapist, licenses include LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW
- Master's Degree in social work, or mental health counseling or in the related field.
- We strongly prefer that candidates have 3 + years experience with outpatient therapy & individual counseling, but new grads are welcome to apply as well
- Must be able to commit 4-8 hours of evening hours each week
- Having weekend availability for sessions is a plus!
- 30 Billable Hours per week
- There may be some remote work opportunities, but primarily the position is intended to be in person
- CANS CERTIFIED AND must be open to having children 12 and under on their caseload
- Bilingual preferred but not required
All training is paid
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Clinician or in a similar role is preferred or internship experience
- Experience working with children is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities
- Strong assessment skills to evaluate patient needs accurately
- Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professional boundaries
-Knowledge of EHR system and clinical documentation , experience inputting notes and submitting documentation on time
Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' mental health and emotional well-being
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals, families/ children- using evidence-based therapeutic techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients
- Conduct patient assessments to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide direct support to patients in crisis or experiencing acute mental health symptoms
We offer CEU reimbursement , we run clinical trainings to help you build your skills as a clinician, and we can provide hours towards licensure, and assistance with licensing fees.
