At Juvly Aesthetics, we are in search of a Commercial Real Estate and Facilities Manager whose role will encompass both technical and facilities-related components of our daily business operations, including the management of our commercial real estate portfolio across 6 states. This role is more than an average operations assignment - it demands a tech-savvy troubleshooter, a diligent facility manager, and a skilled real estate professional. Your guidance and expertise will ensure the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations, maintaining our competitive edge through efficiency and productivity, while effectively managing our real estate assets. This position requires being open and available for travel when required.
Responsibilities:
Technology Management & Guidance: Tackle and resolve technical issues acting as the go-to troubleshooter. Instruct staff on basic system operations, optimizing the use of technology across our organization.
Facilities, Vendor Relations & Issue Resolution: Assume responsibility for our facilities' upkeep, manage the maintenance schedule, oversee vendor relations, and complete facility issues or tickets promptly to maintain an effective work environment.
Real Estate Portfolio Management: Oversee the leasing and management of Juvly's owned commercial properties across 6 states, including tenant relations, lease negotiations, and property maintenance coordination. Additionally, lead lease negotiations for Juvly's leased spaces across various states, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Interact closely with various departments to comprehend their operational needs, identify areas ready for improvement, and implement streamlined workflow processes enhancing overall efficiency.
Designing Improvement Plans: Use your strategic prowess to devise improvement plans, identifying potential operational bottlenecks early, proposing innovative solutions, and boosting our operational profitability and sustainability.
Requirements:
- Profound experience in an Operations role with a focus on technology, facilities management, and commercial real estate.
- Successful experience negotiating leases, managing tenant relations, and resolving facility issues timely.
- Strong leadership qualities coupled with top-tier interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in computer systems with a readiness to adapt and learn new software quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure, focusing on the smallest details.
- A problem-solver with a knack for proactive decision-making.
- Willingness and availability to travel as required.
