A.C.A. Automotive is the largest AAA automotive repair facility in Southern California and winner of Top Shop for the past 13 years. We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our customer service and sales team and help contribute to our award winning facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate and partner with Service Advisors, Dispatch and Technicians on needed repair to ensure all parts are ordered, received, returned, and invoiced
- Greet customers and help to answer all inquiries
- Work with customers to document and explain all concerns and descriptions of automotive problems and repairs
- Review and update customers on status of service and receive needed authorization for repairs
- Maintain customer rapport by reviewing and explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle
- Ensure all parts are properly documented on consumer invoices according to BAR regulations
- Utilize internal system (Mitchell POS) to create estimates and invoices
- Utilize digital inspection software with sales team and introduce to customers
- Test drive vehicles as needed
- Contribute to the sales of Advanced Computer Automotive through positive and professional customer interaction, explanation of repairs, and due diligence
- Oversee all parts, including but not limited to: ordering, billing, returns, tracking, and inventory
- Work with vendors to review and lower the cost on parts
- Assist with tasks as assigned by A.C.A. management
- Promote adherence to the work standards and ethics outlined in A.C.A. Handbook
- Holds self and others accountable for work commitments and outcomes
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of automotive parts within the repair process
- Prior sales experience (must be able to produce previous sales records and KPIs)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong follow up and communication skills
- Adaptable in a fast paced, high noise leveled work environment
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to grow and learn
We are a fast paced, busy shop looking for qualified candidates to work 40 hours per week with some overtime.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
