Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and possess strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
- Coordinate and schedule events, including managing RSVPs and logistics
- Support project coordination by liaising with various departments
- Perform general office duties such as filing, proofreading, and data entry
- Maintain accurate records and assist with calendar management
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for order processing and invoicing
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of office procedures and clerical tasks
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to manage calendars efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
