We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, market trends, and consumer needs. This position will lead the new product pipeline, leverage research, and establish frameworks to innovate, ideate, and develop new products for Primo Water. You will lead the commercialization of new and optimized core products through the stage gate process and build a measurement framework and success baseline for all product launches. The ideal candidate is passionate about consumer insights, innovation, product positioning, and driving growth through effective marketing strategies.
Salary: $115-130k plus annual bonus
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies and define a development roadmap that is aligned with business objectives, market trends, and consumer needs

Lead the front end of the innovation process including the upfront work designed to discover and uncover business opportunities and generate new ideas

Lead the commercialization of new and optimized core products through the stage gate process including developing integrated marketing campaigns across all channels
- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics, and identify areas for improvement and growth

Prepare materials for internal and external presentations on products, business plans and management communication

Monitor competitive activity and cultural trends to identify product need gaps and opportunities
- Ensure all new products maintain Primo Water’s brand standards and purpose
