Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee office operations and ensure procedures are followed
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management
- Manage payroll processes and maintain employee records
- Handle human resources functions such as onboarding and employee relations
- Act as the point of contact for vendors, clients, and employees
- Maintain filing systems and databases accurately
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role
- Proficiency in calendar management, phone systems, and office software (MS Office Suite)
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with budgeting principles and experience in payroll administration
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in human resources functions is a plus
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (Preferred)
