Interiors By Brown is a family owned luxury Interior Design firm based in Boca Raton, FL celebrating 45 years. We are expanding into Naples, FL. and are looking for a creative, organized, enthusiastic, and fun Sr. Designer/Project Manager to lead this initiative. As a Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager you will lead all aspects of the project from inception. You must have a strong knowledge of the Naples market, be detail oriented as well as self-motivated and always ready to jump in at any stage of the project.
Proficient in G Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms). Design Manager knowledge would be a bonus. Responsibilities:
- Develop an execute design concepts for projects from start to finish
- Prepare client presentations
- Develop proposals and budgets for projects
- Ability to make furniture and fabric selections
- Work with hired General Contractors, Sub Contractors, Architects to execute construction aspects of renovations when needed on projects
- Ability to make FF&E suggestions
- Jobsite visits and installation supervision
- Ability to address client questions in a timely manner
- Provide weekly project updates to the Design Director and client
- Product sourcing from vendors
- Ability to work on many projects at once in different design phases
Experience:
- 8 year minimum working in high end residential Interior Design. Preferably in the Naples area.
- New Construction and renovation experience is a must
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from an accredited school is required
- NCIDQ certification is preferred
- Attention to details, highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Ability to manage multiple large projects at once
- Knowledge of general principles of design and construction documents
- Excellent presentation, communication, customer service and organizational skills
- Persistent, proactive, and resourceful: VERY IMPORTANT
- A professional attitude is necessary
- Ability to lead a team as well as mentor, coach, develop Design Assistants
- Ability to work in a team environment

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
