Role Summary
The Events Coordinator is part of the Marketing Team for Revelation Pharma (“the company”). Their primary responsibility is the coordination of Conferences and Exhibition of the sales team at local, state, and national conferences and events, as well as company-held meetings and events. They will serve as the point of contact and the “team expert” for the company’s sales and marketing teams for behind-the-scenes event planning and execution.

1. GENERAL

Participates in weekly Marketing Huddles

Maintain an organized list of conferences, budgets, and market research involving appropriate conferences for the company and its network of pharmacies to attend.

Grow the existing list of conferences to extend the reach of Revelation Pharma to new providers.

Support sales and marketing team efforts with the planning and execution of exhibition booths at conferences.

Serve as the liaison between the sales team, the marketing team, and the conference organizers.

Assist in the development of post-conference email campaigns, both for Revelation Pharma and its network of pharmacies.

Maintain market research and data gathering for viable prospective conferences, competitor intel, and other market intel as it pertains to staying current with market trends in conference and event attendance. Be prepared to report at any time.

Gather and assess financials, including post conference lead generation, to track ROI

Work with data team for segmented analysis of expenses and returns to increase ROI present and future

Responsible for planning and execution of corporate events such as quarterly meetings, sales summits, GM retreats, and annual investor meetings
2. CONFERENCE AND EVENT MANAGEMENT

Will be the point of contact for a BDR or TLS (Therapeutic Line Specialist) and the Marketing Team as it relates to conferences

Will maintain the “Conference Tracker” and “Confirmed Conference Calendar” for conference prospects that the company will, may, or may not attend.

Will manage the registration, planning, attendance, and communication with the conference POC on behalf of the company. (Conference attendance by coordinator is required on limited occasion).

Will facilitate success for the sales team by actively communicating conference details in advance of attendance.

Will update and maintain the “Pre-Conference Checklist” form, Revelation Store ordering info, and post-conference reports

Will work with appropriate sales team members in advance of the conference to properly prepare necessary booth materials.

Will facilitate the delivery and return of conference booth materials, including marketing handouts, giveaways, furniture, etc.

Will oversee inventory control and work with marketing to determine ordering of giveaways and marketing materials for conferences.

Will be required to attend no less than ONE conference per year, for market research and education.

Must hold twice-yearly meetings to discuss the Conference list with the Sales and Marketing VP teams to decide which conferences will be attended, who will attend, and which to discontinue.

Will gather post-conference feedback via the “post-conference form” and file for future use and ROI calculation.

Will contribute to budget strategies surrounding which conference will be attended based on historical data.

Will seek additional exhibitor opportunities to consider for future attendance.

May assist in the printing, gathering, and shipping of booth materials to their respective event.

Will contribute to the growth of the company via new and creative ideas for conference management.

Will create a year-end report to present to leadership as a final Conference Review, complete with total returns, budget breakdowns, and plans for the upcoming year
3. OTHER MARKETING SUPPORT

The Events Coordinator will support and maintain the professional and highest-quality image of the company and its network of pharmacies, promoting the brand when and where necessary.

May help design and create content for marketing flyers, posters, bag stuffers, and handouts for patients and providers, permitting need.

May help facilitate live webinars by Clinical Liaison team, uploading, and editing.

May help maintain the Marketing Store if needed, at www.revcustom.store

Other special projects from the collaborative efforts of the Marketing team.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
-
BS or BA in the field of Event Coordination and/or Marketing, or BS/BA + marketing experience.
-
Pharmaceutical and Compounded Medication Event experience
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills
-
Strong background in management and strategic planning

Strong organizational competences
-
Passionate attention to detail

Excellent work ethic and a personal drive to excel

Self-regulation and time management without the need for constant oversight

Solid PC skills including Microsoft software

Hubspot and PowerBI experience a plus
