Overview:Salary range: $105,000 - $130,000 annually.

As a member of the Project Delivery Services team, the Project Manager drives project and program success in an ever-changing business technology landscape and cross-matrix organization. The Project Manager is responsible for managing the scope, requirements, schedules, resources, quality oversight, risk and change management, escalation, and communications of cross-functional projects. A successful individual in this role manages project deadlines, drives projects at a pace that will energize the team, and motivates business teams to build tools and processes that bring organization and efficiency to the department in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s core values.
Responsibilities:
- Manages cross-functional projects and teams by aligning design and goals with preset strategy.
- Designs and plans project goals based on a solid understanding of Project Management techniques and business technology priorities.
- Drives results through effective facilitation and clear direction, resulting in timely and effective solutions that are within budget and approved resources.
- Convenes appropriate teams to proactively determine project requirements, overall scope, critical milestones, and deliverables.
- Develops, manages, and maintains source of truth project plans, scope statements, end-to-end schedules, and critical path plans using standard project management methodologies and the Microsoft suite of tools.
- Works with technical and business teams to build a proactive release plan and timeline that aligns with sprint cycles or critical project milestones.
- Uses independent thought to research, organize, and evaluate data to resolve problems where established procedures and precedents do not always apply.
- Identifies, evaluates, and offers solutions using tact and diplomacy to resolve disputed items and determine alternatives based on guidelines.
- Provides coaching, feedback, training, and intervention as necessary to ensure project success.
- Coordinates work with other project managers and staff, assuring overall project continuity and efficiency.
- Communicates regularly within the business technology team and leadership, escalating issues as appropriate.
- Publishes team status reports to inform stakeholders of key information needed to follow project progress.
- Archives and retains project records and documents upon successful attainment of project deliverables.
- Creates and communicates final project report, provides feedback to project team members, and measures customer satisfaction upon project completion.
- Understands and applies knowledge of the project delivery life cycle and change management process.
- Creates an inclusive and empowering culture for project management teams and business technology staff.
- Represents Holland Partner Group in a professional manner always.

- Performs all other duties as directed and assist the overall team effort in any way possible.
Qualifications:Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree or coursework in in information technology, information services, management information systems, or related field is preferred.
Experience: Five years’ project management experience required. Bachelor’s Degree in related field may be considered in lieu of some experience.

Attendance: This full-time position requires the ability to be present and available during business hours to meet company and department needs. Additional hours or flexible schedule may be required.
