IT Engagements is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide-range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions. We have an immediate opening for the below position with one of our premium clients.
Position: Sr. Business Analyst (M&A)
Duration: Through EOY to start- HIGH likelihood for extensions
Location: Hybrid with 3 days onsite (Lake Forest, IL)
USC, GC & EAD Holders will work
Required:
· Looking for someone who can help with guidance overall on the tech components and work with different teams in tech. But this isn’t heavy development. Looking more into how they integrate them into their systems.
· This person needs to have experience with company acquisitions or divestitures.
· Client is looking to build out the overall IT playbook for acquisitions that can be used over and over. This person will be key to this.
· Must have experience with migration and integration projects of current or new employees.
· They will be helping at the Shared Services level.
· Looking for M&A experience (recently acquired company in health fitness space and divested 1 other entity (?)) – M&A or divestiture experience is a MUST
· Don’t have a process/playbook for M&A activity, looking to put “rinse & repeat” process in place.
Tools/Technologies: Shared Services Application (Workday, legal apps, etc.), integrating new hires, identity management.
