Position Overview:
You will be responsible for the full video production cycle, including planning, filming, editing, publishing, and post-production. You will regularly produce long-form content for our YouTube channel and adapt this content into engaging short-form videos for various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Concept Development: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop video concepts that align with our brand and objectives.
- Filming: Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality video footage.
- Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, compelling videos, incorporating graphics, effects, transitions, and sound to enhance the final product.
- Publishing: Oversee the scheduling and publishing of video content on YouTube and other social media channels.
- Post-Production: Perform color correction, audio mixing, b-roll, and other post-production tasks to ensure retention and high-quality output.
- Content Repurposing: Create short-form content from long-form videos tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all video content is consistent with our brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience.
- Innovation: Contribute fresh, creative ideas for video content that engages, informs, and inspires.
- Project Management: Handle multiple video projects at once, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keep video equipment in excellent condition and manage inventory.
- Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and tools to continually improve video production quality, learn and grow.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a videographer/editor with a impressive portfolio.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Cloud, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Experience with motion graphics and visual effects is a bonus.
- Strong skills in lighting, composition, and audio recording.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, driven, and self-motivated
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and a creative flair or style.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of social media platforms and video content trends.
