- Managing high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Scheduling and booking appointments in a timely manner, accordingly to urgency and restrictions, reschedule calls as needed
- Gathering all information when booking calls
- Providing accurate and timely information about products, services, policies, or procedures
- Addressing customer questions and resolve any concerns
- Must be 18 or older
- Previous experience in customer service
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in scheduling appointments and data entry
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
