Remember the cartoon The Jetsons, as a kid? Or, how about the movie, Iron Man? Both of these shows have a key commonality: they showcased really killer homes that were souped up with the kind of technology that would blow your mind if that technology actually existed in real life.
Well, what was only sci-fi in those shows is rapidly becoming real life today. Consumer technology and smart-home systems are evolving at a rapid pace, which means homes being built or renovated today and in the coming years are going to look more and more like those homes in the movies.

We work closely with our clients to design and install the latest in home technology that perfectly fits their needs. We make our systems simple to use and fully support them after installation.

What would you be doing?
As the Front Office Coordinator at Infinite Home Technologies, your time will be spent ensuring our clients receive a world-class service and support experience 100% of the time. You will be responsible for ensuring follow-through in a timely manner, coordinating and scheduling resources, and staying in close communication with our clients throughout the process. You will work directly with our company leadership and field service teams to continually ensure that our service systems and highly-structured processes are adhered to by both our internal team and our valued clients.
Your role will involve a combination of service and project-related tasks. You will be responsible for;
- Accounts Receivable through our monitoring software
- Data entry i.e. entering in new client information into scheduling software and monitoring software
- Answering phones and greeting clients
- Scheduling service and installation appointments for field technicians and making all paperwork necessary
- Coordinating home or office consults for sales opportunities with the sales team
- Maintaining facilities upkeep and office supplies
- Supporting the Executive Team as needed
Some days, your daily work will be planned and structured. However, ours is a fast-moving and dynamic line of work. Your priorities can shift at a moment’s notice. You must be comfortable with this and willing to be an active participant in juggling multiple demands. We need someone that can take curveballs like a champ!
You will always be expected to treat our clients with patience and friendliness no matter how big or small their issue. Client service is something we hold sacred at our company, so it is of the utmost importance that you be willing and able to serve as a helping hand for our clients in their moment of need.
What should you bring to the table?
- 3-5 years in a high-end customer-facing experience preferred;
- We’re Apple gurus and operate primarily in the Mac environment, so experience with Mac is a plus but not required;
- Valid Driver’s License to travel between both locations as needed (less than 10% of the time);
- Knowledge of residential security systems earns extra brownie points (it’s not a requirement, but would certainly give a new employee a leg up);
- A high school degree or GED equivalent;
- Highly organized; dedicated to details and follow-through;
- Patient and friendly personality at all times;
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written;
- Resourceful and willing to patiently work through challenging situations, including conflict resolution;
- Ambition to strive for 100% client satisfaction at all times;
- Experience in the home technology business is a plus, but not a requirement
