Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient office operations.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Provide support to staff as needed
- Filing and organize paperwork
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries effectively
- Must be able to speak Spanish
- Must be Punctual
