Videographer will shoot and edit video, collaborate with the team to ideate, research, plan, create, and post content for the marketing client's official social media channels. Projects will range from product showcases, testimonials, live-theater shows, documentary-style live events, and candid b-roll of the Cass Concepts team doing what they do, all in a diverse range of indoor and outdoor environments.
Nature and Scope: The videographer is a part‐time, 20-35‐hour/week appointment on a schedule established with the owner. The position involves completing assigned projects within deadline, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and the possible exposure to confidential information.
The videographer should be proficient in shooting on DSLR or mirrorless cameras, ideally providing their own camera, lenses, and gimbal to shoot with.
The position requires complete knowledge of and posting experience with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok as well as top-notch skills in video editing, copywriting, interviewing, photography, graphic design, and videography for social media.
The videographer will have a passion and enthusiasm for all things social media, remain current with social media trends, be self‐motivated, and work well as part of a team.

Essential Job Functions:
- Collaborate with the social media committee to brainstorm, research, and plan content for Cass Concept channels
- Interview clients and key stakeholders for social media content
- Write content, capture photos and video, and create graphics and videos
- Help monitor all client's social media channel engagement and report on channel analytics
- Assist with content creation for liaison accounts and program specific campaigns
- Track emerging social media trends
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Applicants should have an associate degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field and one (1) year of experience managing social media for an institution or business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to prioritize, handle a heavy workload, and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be able to think strategically, communicate clearly, and work diplomatically with a variety of clients.

Responsibilities:Recording short-form and long-form video content, ensuring excellent video and audio quality.Conducting interviews.Creating motion graphics for clients video projects.Brainstorm campaign and content ideas.Create, schedule, update all social media posts.Use analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns.Research industry innovations and tools.Update posts to include relevant keywords and hashtags for search engine optimization.Modify existing campaigns based on analytics.
Requirements:
DSLR or Mirrorless camera (1080p video minimum)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Emphasis on Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop) Time management skillsInterview skillsAdaptable to fill in where and when needed; working as a team playerAbility to communicate, persuade and make effective sales and marketing materials.
