IS THIS YOUR CALLING?
As the Care Coordinator Team Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our Director of Care Coordination and Crisis Services, as well as the Director of Project Implementation. Together, you'll spearhead program development and evaluation, shaping the direction of our services for maximum impact during the critical first year of implementation. Your insights and expertise will drive our efforts to address community needs effectively. Additionally, you'll oversee recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and training of care coordination supervisors and staff, playing a pivotal role in building a strong and capable team to provide essential support to those in need!
