- Market to owners, developers, GC's, planners, architects, engineers, and any appropriate sales
lead, engage new clients, participate in professional and/or industry organizations
- Research sources for developing prospective customers
- Personally, reach out to contacts and secure new business accounts/customers
- Build and manage long term relationships with clients
- Consistently follow up on submitted bids to close business
- Meet with potential clients, contractors, and consultants to determine the scope of work
- Analyze specifications including surveys, plans, and attend/coordinate site visits
- Develop and complete estimates for potential projects
- Help manage projects and coordinate staff accordingly.
- Maintain a daily understanding of project progress vs. initial bid.
Required Experience
- Ideal candidate will have a construction industry background (5+ years) including knowledge of
asbestos abatement processes, terms, techniques and procedures
- The position will require the individual to be a self-starter, have strong problem resolution skills
as well as excellent time management and the ability to multi-task
