Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls

Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.

Process customer policy change requests.

Document each customer contact in database.

Take premium payments from customers.

Maintain knowledge of new products.

Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

Generating insurance quotes.

Provide exceptional customer service.

Be outstanding at relationship building.

Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, solve or refer problems.

Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.

Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone

Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
Requirements

Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.

General Lines Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
