- Unload goods and check them against order forms.
- Place goods in bins or on racks, stack bulky items on floors etc. and label items with storage details
- Move heavy packages using the forklift machinery
- Obtain details of the location and quantity of items in stock, using visual display units or computers
- Enter Details of received delivery slips, requisitions and invoices into computers
- Count and records the number of items in the warehouse stock during stock take or inventory
- Advise supervisor on stock and re-ordering levels
- Help keep the work area neat and tidy
- Maintain computer records of data such as who performed repairs, assignments, requirements and authorizations
- Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors
- Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.
- Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities.
- Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment.
- Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
