Job Title: Administrative Assistant/Lead Caregiver

The Admin Assistant/lead Caregiver plays a pivotal role in the success of our business. This position is responsible for recruiting qualified licensed and compassionate caregivers. The ideal candidate will be professional, well-spoken and at ease in dealing with applicants and employed caregivers . Daily activities will include screening, hiring and training applicants for caregiver position as well assigning caregivers to client’s shifts. It is primarily a position with occasional field to cover caregiver shifts and work meeting with clients and their families.
The ideal Admin Assistant/Lead Caregiver should have the following skills:
· Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
· Ability to communicate clearly and respectively, both verbally and in writing.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Prefer minimum 1-year admin and staffing experience in home care or similar industries
· Need to pass background check and possess or obtain a Home Care aide(HCA) registration with the State of California
· Experience in interviewing and hiring Caregivers,
: Prefer Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
