JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Marketing Manager
Department: Corporate/ Marketing
Reports to: COO
Employment Status: Full-time
FLSA Status: Salaried (Exempt)
Location: This position will report to our Corporate Office in North Buckhead, Atlanta.
In-office/ Remote: This is an in-office position, with the potential for hybrid based on performance guidelines. Many of our corporate staff work 3-4 days in-office.
Schedule: This position works a standard Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM schedule with deviations as needed based on company needs.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing and Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the marketing and business development strategy for 2MNEXT. This role requires a dynamic, innovative professional who thrives in managing comprehensive marketing campaigns and fostering client relationships to drive business growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and business development plans to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, setting goals and measuring performance to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials and campaigns that effectively convey the company’s brand and services.
- Lead and direct digital marketing efforts including social media management.
- Manage business development activities, identifying new market opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Spearhead the coordination and submission of detailed proposals, ensuring alignment with client specifications and company goals.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, enhancing professional network and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior management to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the budget for marketing and business development activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in marketing within the A/E/C industry, with a proven track record in strategic planning and business development.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
- CPSM certification or equivalent is a plus.
