Residential Land Brokerage in Scottsdale is seeking a Part time Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to assist Brokers and Research staff. Office is in Scottsdale near Hayden Rd & Indian Bend Rd.

Position Title
Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
Part Time Hours: 8:30am – 1pm Monday through Friday
Qualifications
Strong emphasis on computer skills / computer literacy - Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows file structure. Ability to type proficiently is a necessity.
Ability to effectively multitask - Position will be providing direct assistance to Principal Broker with correspondence, updating spreadsheets and the distribution of marketing materials. The position plays a key role in recording and dissemination of all office documentation.
Communication - Candidate must have telephone experience and the ability to take detailed notes. Candidate assists in scheduling meetings and setting up correspondence.
Professionalism – As this position creates the first impression made with clients and potential customers (via telephone and in the office), a personable and professional attitude is a necessity.
Proactivity - Candidate needs to be proactive and detailed, as well as engaged and accountable. Managing multiple responsibilities with various real estate transactions daily, this position requires a willing and able aptitude to assist and support the brokers and research staff.
