Who our client is: A well-established Allstate agent looking for top sales talent to work remote almost anywhere in the country!
What is the job: This is a Licensed Sales Producer (LSP) role with a base pay plus uncapped commission and bonuses.
The hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Outbound and inbound sales calls
- Drafting emails and text messages
- Cross-selling current customers
- Hitting realistic metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Professional development and training
What are the requirements:
- At least 1 year of prior insurance sales experience
- Have a valid P&C (Property and Casualty) license in your state
- Have obtained non-resident licenses or have the ability and willingness to do so
- Have a stable and reliable internet connection
- A thorough understanding of technology
- Good time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for success
Bonus points:
- Life and Health License as well as P&C
- Prior Allstate experience
- Prior captive agency experience
- Bilingual - English/Spanish
