Job Title: Call Center Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to lead our small call center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving performance to meet and exceed targets and manage lead sources.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the call center team.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor call center performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare reports on call center performance for management review.
- Maintain contact with lead sources to assure KPIs are met.
Skills:
- Strong background in call center management.
- Proficient in project management techniques.
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
