Located in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley, Villa Palermo is a state-of-the industry manufacturing facility that adjoins our company headquarters.
Our high-tech pizza manufacturing operations include an on-site bakery to produce best-in-class crusts, robotic packaging equipment, and a 24-hour shipping and receiving facility.
Our Maintenance Team contributes to Palermo’s success by ensuring that our Plant operates at a world-class level with production uptimes over 98%.
We are currently hiring an experienced HRBP with the ability to work flexible hours and provide on-demand support to accommodate varying needs and ensure timely assistance in addressing HR-related matters.
Consult with plant management daily providing HR guidance as appropriate.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to plant management (i.e., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Support our team members daily HR needs from recruiting and onboarding through employee relations, compliance and employment law, facilitation of employee engagement events, employee communication, and development.
Collaborate with all departments and HR team members to facilitate onboarding, orientation, and assist with employee issues, providing interpreting and translation as needed.
Demonstrate strong HRIS skills to ensure compliance with all company and government labor policies, laws, and practices.
Bi-lingual in Spanish/English - with the ability to communicate and translate.
Proven ability to gain trust and establish relationships with people through sincerity and confidentiality.
Utilizing knowledge from your 8+ years of comprehensive HR experience to develop and maintain strong working relationships and support all team member’s needs.
Designated lifelong learner with a strong interest in developing new skills and techniques to improve the employee experience.
Team player with excellent communication skills ready to work hard to ensure the whole Palermo’s team succeeds.
