Responsibilities: As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the overall performance of the nursing home facility.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities.
- Team Management: Lead, inspire, and manage a multidisciplinary team, including nursing staff, administrative personnel, and support staff.
- Financial Management: Manage the budgetary and financial aspects of the facility, including cost control measures and revenue generation.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain and enhance the quality of care provided to residents.
- Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and the broader community to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks to the well-being of residents and the facility, implementing proactive measures to mitigate these risks.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Licensure: Valid Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Maryland.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of state and federal regulations governing nursing home facilities.
