You will be a key member of the Leadership Team who will integrate and coordinate a patient centric nursing strategy with a keen focus on patient care; ensuring that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with our mission, vision, and values. You will participate in the hospital’s strategic planning and contribute to the achievement of institutional goals and objectives. You will effectively focus on five key areas: People, Service, Quality, Growth, and Finance
Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) Details:
- Status: Salaried Exempt - Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm w/on-call/weekend responsibilities

Your Qualifications will include:
- Valid icense or permit to practice professional nursing in the State of Utah.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a CCNE accredited nursing program required; MSN or related advanced nursing degree strongly preferred.
- Three or more years of management experience in behavioral health setting preferred (experienced Director of Nursing (DON).
- Demonstrated leadership abilities that contribute to a positive work environment
