Marketing and Website Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote Aviva's products and services across various channels.
- Manage and update the company website, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and functionality.
- Utilize SEO strategies to improve the company's online visibility and drive organic traffic to the website.
- Create engaging content for website pages, blog posts, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google & Bing Ads platforms to track and analyze paid search campaign performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights for marketing content and campaigns.
- Manage and measure marketing budget and expenses.
- Manage and coordinate trade shows domestically and internationally including selecting booth location, the look and feel of the booth, logistics, equipment, flyers, lead generation and more.
- Manage all online listings.
- Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance marketing efforts.
- Assist in coordinating and executing promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Highly motivated and driven individual with Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including paid search advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.). website management, and content creation.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, ModX, Magenta, Shopify, Drupal) and familiarity with HTML/CSS.
- Proficiency in the following tools

Pardot
Salesforce
FTP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus but not required.
