Key Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Greet and assist onsite clients.
- Answering inbound telephone calls.
- Perform bookkeeping services for clients.
- Resolve day to day client service problems including client questions.
- Manage an office of 11+ employees that can be fast paced at times.
- Manage the Firm’s internal billing system.
- Preform all other office tasks.
- Schedule client appointments.
Qualifications:
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills/high level of social and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Friendly and personable.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Be able to work in a team environment.
- Bookkeeping experience desired but not required, we can train the right person.
This is a full-time position.
Wage is DOE but the expected range is from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
