Atlas Senior Living is searching for an experienced, compassionate, resident focused Executive Director/ Licensed Alabama Administrator to manage an assisted living community.
Essential Functions of the position include:
- Managing the day to day operations of the community including interaction with residents and families on a regular basis to build relationships and promote resident satisfaction.
- Staff development including recruiting hiring, training, disciplining, terminating, promoting and motivating all associates.
- Reporting to corporate office positions as necessary for all aspects of community operations.
- Occupancy growth.
- Representing the community to prospective residents to ensure the highest possible level of occupancy.
- Developing and maintaining an operations budget with the assistance of corporate directors.
- Safeguarding the community from abuse, damage or deterioration.
- Responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable with the assistance of a Business Office Manager.
- Is on call 24 hours for emergency/crisis situations. Will work weekends and holiday rotation with others to assure appropriate coverage on weekends and holidays.
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred.
- Must have State of Alabama Specialty Care Assisted Living Administrator license or be eligible to sit for the exam.
- Prior management experience and ability to communicate with residents, associates and corporate team are essential.
- Must have valid Driver's License.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
