The Steve Napleton Auto Group is looking for an ADDITIONAL Automotive Car Dealership Office Manager.

Automotive Dealership Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Train and staff the accounting team
- Working knowledge of all accounting positions focused on billing, L&T, and schedule reconciliation.
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts.
- Keep the Management informed of crucial department and accounting staff issues.
- Review financial statements and ledgers, and work with the accounting staff to clear up any discrepancies.
- Special projects & assignments, including the creation and implementation of department policies.
- Attend weekly meetings.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Automotive Office Manager Job Requirements:
- Previous Automotive Office Manager experience required
- Self-starter
- Candidates should have strong communication, customer service, leadership, and organizational skills
