Job Title: Financial Analyst
Job Summary:
Foremost Fabricators is growing and adding an experienced Financial Analyst to their Team! In this role, the Financial Analyst will work closely with the Group Controller to partner with Leadership to analyze, interpret, and communicate cost and expense spending variances to help make business decisions for their manufacturing and distribution sites.
Foremost, a Division of Patrick Industries is a fabricator and distributor of aluminum products, fiber-reinforced polyester sheet and coil and custom laminated products primarily used in the RV Industry! Patrick is a leading manufacturer and distributor of component products and building materials serving various industries throughout the United States including RV, Marine, and Housing end markets. Responsibilities and Duties:
The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the Team with the coordination of accounting, financial reporting, financial management, business management and budgeting efforts as it relates to the operating costs of a growing brand. In this position, you will have exposure to Management and experience both manufacturing and corporate accounting activities!
Essential job functions will include:
· Support timely reporting of monthly financial close and operational performance.
· Assist in preparation of period plans and forecasts.
· Lead quarterly and annual audit requests.
· Prepare and deliver site-specific analysis as it relates to variances, productivity, metric tracking (KPIs) and standard setting.
· Variance analysis will include purchase price variance, actual to plan/forecast for operating expenses, accruals to actual, etc.
· Complete timely reviews of the system suggested changes to cost standards, including components of indirect cost.
· Monitor past due accounts and work with Customers to collect as needed.
· Support, lead and monitor physical inventories including variance tracking.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field
· Candidates must have 5+ years’ experience in an Accounting related role.
· Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint are required.
· ERP system experience is preferred.
· Experience to include general understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley Act is desired.
· Costing experience is desired.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in terms of being clear, concise, and professional with the ability to work effectively with a wide array of Team Members
· Ability to quickly adapt communications in a variety of settings to meet the unique needs of multiple audiences.
· Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines and work independently with little to no oversight.
· Strong accountability and follow-through skills
· Ability and desire to train and coach others to improve performance.
· Strong analytical/critical thinking
· A high level of personal integrity (self-esteem, confidence, honesty, and respect) are necessary qualities

Pay: $60,477.25 - $72,832.81 per year
