We are seeking a skilled Parts Manager to join our team. The Parts Manager will oversee the parts department, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and order parts as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Ensure timely delivery of parts to support service and repair operations
- Oversee parts sales to customers and internal departments
- Implement and maintain a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing parts shipments
- Monitor equipment repair needs and facilitate necessary part orders
Skills:
- Experience in supply chain management, particularly within a dealership setting
- Proficiency in CMMS software for effective inventory control
- Strong logistics skills to manage part shipments efficiently
- Supplier management expertise to maintain positive vendor relationships

Essential Functions • Sell parts and service. Source and prospect service and parts business with focus on commercial accounts. • Supervise Service Technicians and schedule service jobs with the goal of maximizing productivity and profitability. • Maintain parts inventory for store including purchasing of parts, receiving PO’s, and Cycle Counts. • Manage the Warranty process. • Hire, train and coach Service Technicians. • Maintain state licensing as required. • Responsible for equipment/vehicle maintenance and certifications. • Complete service documents and scheduling utilizing My Trailer Force accurately and timely. • Maintain service parts log and submit to management as required. • Perform inspection validating quality of work and accuracy to the work order. • Controlling expenses in the service department to stay within in budget (Labor, supplies, maintenance, etc.) • Follow and uphold company safety policies and practices for the department. • Support opening and closing the facility as directed. • Other duties as assigned.
