Pay range for this role is: $90-110k
As a Manager, Customer Success at RXO, you will grow and develop the strategic sourcing specialist department for providing capacity solutions for brokerage. Become a part of our growing, dynamic team and we'll help you develop your career to a level that will exceed your expectations.
What your day-to-day will look like:

Oversight of all customer onboarding

Assist in the execution of all initiatives in Freight Brokerage Sales, Operations, and Tech

Act as a liaison between customer, branch presidents, operations, and additional sales channels

Work cross-functionally to review pricing, capacity, service KPIs
-
Project manage customer onboardings from inception by acting as liaison between operations, shared internal services and customers

Ensure all requirements are met for customer to have a seamless go live date for their business

Participate in field training initiatives for Freight Brokerage Sales as well as other channels
What you’ll need to excel:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
-
5 years of professional experience in the transportation and logistics industry
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
It’d be great if you also have:
-
3 years of transportation-related experience
-
Conflict resolution experience: ability to prioritize; work effectively within time limits
-
Analytical experience interpreting data to drive decisions
-
Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
