Job Description:
As a Hiring Manager/Recruiter at Actrion, you will play a crucial role in shaping the team that will drive our mission forward. You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent that aligns with our values and objectives. This position requires a proactive individual who can not only work with the leads provided but also actively engage in generating new leads to expand our talent pool.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring needs of the company.
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees to locate potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to offer, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all candidates.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Innovate and implement ongoing improvements to the recruitment process.
- Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and interviewed candidates, and other candidate relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- Experience in lead generation for recruitment.
- Passion for humanitarian causes and a commitment to ethical business practices.
- Familiarity with food industry standards and requirements is a plus.
