POSITION SUMMARY
The CPS Program Specialist is responsible for the management of onsite/remote CPS Program operations and best in class service standards. Core operational responsibilities include maintaining established inventory levels, direct customer interaction, adherence to established safety standards, internal communication and issue escalation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Actively manage established inventory levels utilizing CPS Program Kanban processes
- Ensure part and location put-away accuracy
- Exercise technical proficiency of systems and equipment used in the reordering processes
- Actively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain expert knowledge of CPS Program systems and operations
- Identify and work to resolve issues that may impact CPS Program operations and service levels
- Identify opportunities to improve CPS Program operations and communication
- Compliance with company and customer safety standards
- Maintain professional appearance and customer interaction standards
- Actively pursue professional growth through established training opportunities
- Manage multiple customer CPS Programs
- All other duties as assigned
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job is held in an industrial manufacturing environment with some outdoor exposure. The facility may be cooler during winters and warmer during summers, considering the temperature is not always regulated. Moderate to loud noises will be experienced through the largest part of the workday. One will often be exposed to grease from the many parts that are handled.
Wurth Revcar Fasteners will provide all necessary PPE that will be needed for servicing various customer sites. This job also requires following the policies and procedures of our various customer sites in addition to following the policies and procedures of Wurth Revcar Fasteners.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The employee is regularly required to lift 30 to 50 pounds. This position requires a person to be on their feet for up to 8 hours a day to perform duties.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position with days and hours of work from Monday through Friday with varying hours based on customer needs. Occasional late evening and weekend work may be required as the job demands.

100% nearby daily travel – no overnight.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma or GED
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma/GED and1-2 years of material handling or warehouse experience
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to maintain a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (reported annually)
