Amego Inc. is seeking a full-time Fingerprint Technician to help facilitate the background check process for both internal and external appointments. This position will be primarily based out of our Attleboro office, but flexibility is required between our Northboro location as needed due to appointment availability.
Primary Job Responsibilities.
- Enrolling Users: Capturing and storing the fingerprints of new users through a third-party process to include fingerprints, facial images and other scans; ensuring accuracy and quality
- System Maintenance / Operation: Ensuring the fingerprint recognition hardware and software are functioning correctly.
- User Support: Assisting users who have issues with fingerprint recognition, educate and guide users through appointments
- Customer Service: Interface daily with the public from different sectors as they navigate through a variety of biometric screenings
- Additional Admin Project Support: Support Human Resources Team with various projects as needed
No prior experience is required
Requirements:
Valid driver's license to commute between locations
Ability to pass a third-party background check
Prior customer service experience is preferred
Computer experience is preferred
Pay Rate: $18.00
