Location: 6000 Monroe Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina 28212
This role supports a number of our 100+ Dealerships and Collison Centers across a dozen states. You will be challenged with successfully meeting the staffing needs in our Sales, Service, Guest Services and all related departments to make our dealerships thrive. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in the recruiting field, specifically in meeting the unique challenges in the automotive market. Experience with large dealership groups is especially preferred. This is a hybrid position based in the Charlotte-metro at our corporate headquarters and requires reoccurring onsite visits to assigned locations to ensure a high level of partnership with our stakeholders and to execute onsite-recruiting events. Documented experience in successfully exceeding established recruiting goals and experience in sourcing candidates with platforms such as Linkedin, Indeed, and Careerbuilder is a requirement.
Summary:
Facilitates the recruiting process for the region based on guidance from the Director of Talent Strategy. Manage full cycle recruiting efforts within assigned region. Build relationships with career centers, faculty and students. Work with team of hiring manager to help understand current staffing needs and to forecast for future growth. Evaluate sourcing results. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Must be creative and must exercise flexibility and initiative.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities. However, as part of project management duties this position may direct the work of others.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage full cycle recruiting efforts including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation and screening, interview process, and scheduling hiring manager interviews.
- Proactively build pipeline of quality candidates to help address immediate needs and support regional growth
- Collaborate with hiring managers on effective recruiting practices to ensure an exceptional experience for all candidates
- Participate in recruiting events to help address regional staffing needs
- Develop and build external relationships with regional employment associations
- Under the guidance of the Director of Talent Strategy, work on project based recruiting to help support new dealerships and acquisitions within region
- Routinely communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a time efficient recruitment process
- Utilize multiple candidate sourcing methods including
- Utilize Applicant Tracking software to effectively source, screen and facilitate pre-hire process
- Communicate with Regional HR Coordinator to help facilitate hiring and on-boarding process
