Are you looking for an MNC (in North America, Asia, and Europe) where you can make a significant impact? We are looking for a mid-career operations executive with a track record of world class manufacturing (e.g. lean, six sigma) to lead our manufacturing company.

We are looking for a leader to be based out of Corona, CA and work alongside our existing team to scale up the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing Operations: Oversees the manufacture of products, ensuring profitable on-time delivery of world class quality products.
- Continuous Improvement: We seek someone who welcomes problems in order to find success in a very demanding environment. You will analyze manufacturing processes and develop procedures to maximize productivity, minimize waste, errors and downtime and meet deliverables according to budget limitations and timetables.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for effective communication with customers, the executive team, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Team Management: Supervises purchasing, process engineering, quality control, production, supply chain, shipping & receiving, finance, maintenance, HR, health and safety, regulatory compliance, and performs other duties as required.
- Strategic Planning: Assists the CEO with long-range operating goals, expansion efforts, and implementation of new and advanced technology.
Our Team
Our team is located in Corona, CA. You will collaborate with resources on three continents. You will work as a member of a multinational team while operating with considerable independence.
You Should Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, engineering, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or a related technical field. A master’s degree in business is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a global organization.
- Excellent ability to understand and teach the improvement of manufacturing processes and quality, e.g. by lean and six sigma methods.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams.
- Dedication to consistently conduct yourself in a manner consistent with our values.
- Commitment to sustainability and experience in implementing green initiatives.

- P&L Business Management experience.

- Managing labor intensive processes, in a job shop environment.
