Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. The BDR will be responsible for identifying and engaging with targeted leads and marketing-qualified leads (MQLs). The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with sales tools such as SalesLoft and HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Prospect Engagement: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and pain points, and effectively communicate the value proposition of Gotransverse solutions.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and appointments for Account Executives (AEs) with qualified prospects to further discuss their needs and potential solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects using CRM tools like HubSpot.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on MQLs and the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics to provide insights into the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the tech industry.
- Sales Tools: Familiarity with SalesLoft and HubSpot is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivation: Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
