Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to provide high-quality care to our patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care, dementia care. This position is perfect for those who enjoy cooking and providing meals to our clients. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the care they need to maintain their health and well-being.
Duties
- Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, and household chores.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions to our team.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties.
- Assist with transportation and errands for patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation.
- Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to develop personalized care plans.
- Provide care for patients with dementia, memory care, and other special needs.
- Perform cooking and meal preparation duties for patients.
- Promote independence and dignity in all aspects of patient care.
Experience
- Previous experience in home health care, long-term care, or a related field.
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities, dementia care, or memory care.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of medical documentation and charting procedures.
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation purposes.
- Employment eligibility in the United States.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 168 per week
